A lot of new changes have been applied to bsk. One of the most recent, the newspaper. I’d like to say that I along with the staff will put all our effort towards providing members of bsk with a newspaper that will provide fun , activities, and education. A new newspaper will be provided every week with new activities and information. If you have something you think would be good to put in the newspaper, send your idea to id #41288.

Most Artistic Player of the week: Every week, a new player will be chosen. This player will be someone who the newspaper staff feels have brought creativity to bsk, whether it be through a poem, a graphic, a song, etc. Each week the player who is chosen will receive $500. So be sure to show your creative side through out bsk.
This week’s most artistic player: After looking all around on bsk, I have decided that this weeks’s most artistic player will be Celestial Sightings. The thing I found most artistic was her website. It features so many great things about her, the kennel, poems, graphics, and much more. You can really tell she put a lot of effort into it. Most Helpful Player of the week: Just like the most artistic player of the week, there will be a most helpful player chosen every week. This player will be someone that the newspaper staff feels has been a good help to players of bsk. Each week the player who is chosen will receive $500. So be sure to be extra nice and helpful around the bsk society.
This week’s most helpful Player: After loooking through out the message boards I have decided that Mudpower will be this week’s most helpful player. They were very helpful when answering the question of how wolves became a part of bsk which was asked in the help board. There answer was: “A while ago if you bred two dogs, and retired the female, the puppies would be born without a breed. So people where having a lot of fun with these, and eventually started calling them wolves. Since what was obviously an error and needed to be fixed, the whole breedless dog thing didn't work any more. But people still wanted wolves so they where created as an entirely new breed.”


Contest of the week: There will be a contest held every week. Some times it will be a big contest while other times it will be small and simple contest. Prizes will vary every week, depending on the contest.
This weeks contest: will be a graphic contest. What is needed, is a small banner that will serve as the footer for every newspaper. It will need to be about 50x100 pixels. It should have a background with a dog and saying “Bsk’s Newspaper” The prize will be $2500.


Bsk’s dog of the week: Starting with the next newspaper, there will be bsk’s dog of the week. The dog chosen will be a member’s real life dog. The dog’s picture will be posted as well as a small story about it. The owner of the bsk’s dog of the week, will receive $300. If you think your dog deserves to be bsk’s dog of the week, send the following to Id #41288.

Tip of the week: Ever wonder how some people on bsk have so much money, so many good dogs, etc? Well every week a tip will be posted on how some of these members have become one of the best dog breeders, one of the richest bsk members, etc.
This weeks tip: How do you get so much money on bsk? Well its not as hard as you think. When you first join bsk, you have $25,000 to start with. What you do with this money will determine your financial future on bsk. For those of you members who have small amounts of money like $1000, can use this tip as well. Start by doing the following:

1.Buy a dog of good stats.
2.Show this dog daily.
3.The more you show your dog, the higher its stats will go.
4.The more its stats go up, the more money you are likely to win in a show.
5.When the dog is older, breed it to carry on its stats.
6.Sell the puppies at a price that isnt too expensive, but at the same time isnt incredibly cheap.
7.And that is all there really is to it. Just continue that cycle and watch your money on bsk grow.


Advice Column: In my past years of playing bsk, I always see people seeking advice or people wanting to give some advice out. So that is why I have decided to bring a advice column to the newspaper.
This weeks advice: Put thought into what you do, try you best at what ever you try, and never give up.
